Secure Batch
Secure Batch is a file based solution allowing companies send files to E-xact via SFTP. This is an ideal option for merchants that do not require immediate authorization and have internal systems producing input files for processing as well as those that want a programmatic interface to our batch services.
Who Uses Secure Batch?
Shipping and freight carriers, charities and non-profits with monthly donations, investment/savings institutions, membership-based companies such as health clubs, telecommunications companies using monthly mass billings, newspapers and subscription enterprises, and parking systems.
How it Works
- Merchant files are transfered through Secure FTP to E-xact
- Acknowledgment files are produced to verify receipt of each merchant file
- Files are picked up for processing
- Results files are produced upon completion to identify transaction processing status
Merchant file formats supported include CSV, SMFT1464, SMFT80, and Nova.
